Access to school to return books, clear out lockers and collect belongings

With the easing of restrictions we are now in a position to allow students to access the school building for necessary tasks such as returning books, clearing out lockers and collecting belongings.

Instructions

In order to manage this safely please follow these instructions:

  • We ask that pupils stick to their allocated time slot – see schedule below,
  • A Parent / Guardian should accompany a  pupil wherever possible to assist with carrying belongings etc.,
  • Students must know their locker code prior to entering the building – staff are not in a position to assist pupils with opening lockers,
  • All Textbooks MUST be clearly labelled with Student’s Full Name
  • Students will only have access to the GPA; Canteen and School Corridors,
  • Students are to quickly clear their locker / collect belongings and drop off their books,
  • Do not congregate in groups, and
  • Ensure 2 metre social distancing is observed at all times.

Clearing out Lockers and collecting belongings

All pupils in every year need to clear out their locker and collect their belongings.

Staff will be on hand to direct pupils, but will not be in a position to assist pupils with books / belongings etc.

Book Returns

Only the Pupils detailed below need to return books:

  • 6th Year - All Textbooks - Gym - Books to be placed on top of Student’s Personal Sheet,
  • TY - Returning 'Make The Transition - Gaeilge' Textbook - Box in GPA - Beside Ms O’Doherty's Office,
  • 3rd Year - Six Textbooks - GPA - Books to be placed on Table designated to Tutor Group in Individual Student Pile,
    • English - Fire & Ice 2
    • Irish - Cinnte 2, Mol An Oige, MAoin 2/3, Fonn 2
    • Maths - Active Maths 2
    • French - Ca Marche 2
    • Cape - Make A Difference
    • Business - Be Business
  • 2nd Year - Ms Sheridan's Irish Class - Returning Irish Text Mol An Oige - Box in GPA - Beside Ms O’Doherty's Office, and
  • 1st  Year - Returning English & Irish textbooks – GPA – on the bench labelled for your class group.

All Textbooks MUST be clearly labelled with Student’s Full Name
