OPEN NIGHT

Our Open Night will take place on Thursday 29^th September from 6.30-8.00pm. All are welcome.

APPLICATION FORMS

 

• In line with our Annual Admissions Notice, application forms will be available on this website from the 2^nd October 2022, and can be submitted from the 2nd October.

• Application Forms, Prospectus and Enrolment Details are also distributed to our Feeder National Schools for the next academic year.

• Application forms will also be available to collect from the school office on Open Night.

• The closing date for receipt of applications is the 25^th October 2022.

• Each applicant will receive a written reply indicating whether or not they are being offered a place.

• Applicants must secure their place by completing the acceptance form, which will accompany the offer. This form must be completed in full and returned to the school as directed.

ASSESSMENT TESTS

• Assessments tests will take place on Saturday 4th February 2023 from 9 a.m. – 12 noon.

BUS ÉIREANN AND TRANSPORT APPLICATIONS

 

• Transport applications must be made directly to Bus Éireann.

VIRTUAL TOUR

 

• A Virtual Tour of our School is also available on the homepage of our school website, and this is a great way of viewing the school facilities from the comfort of your own home.

PRIMARY SCHOOLS DAY TOUR

 

• All feeder national schools were invited to bring their 5^th and 6^th class pupils to visit our school on the 14^th September 2022. We had a over 200 pupils visit us, and it should have given them a good idea of what our school is like.

GENERAL INFORMATION

School Fees for 1st Year pupils are €200.

• Fees will be paid online via Way2Pay. Instructions on how to do this will be text to Parents/Guardians when it is set up. No fees need to be paid prior to this.

Uniforms are available from McDermott’s Drapery, Oldcastle.

• Boys: Maroon Jumper, Grey Pants, Grey Shirt

• Girls: Maroon Jumper, Plaid Skirt or Green Pants, Pale Green Shirt.

• Black Leather school shoes must be worn by all students. Black runners are not acceptable.

• PE Uniform: Navy or White T Shirt and Sweatshirt with school logo (to be purchased in McDermott’s, Oldcastle). No other brands permitted.

• Any plain navy (no stripes or logos) tracksuit bottoms. Trainers/runners must be worn, no slip-ons or canvas shoes will be permitted for PE.
